Research on student mental health


Tracking our mood and habits—for science! How does your mood develop over the course of a week, month, or year? Learn more about yourself and participate in the WARN-D study on stress and well-being in student’s daily lives.

For three months, you will receive a smartwatch to track your steps, sleep, and stress. On your smartphone, you will get daily reminders to log your mood and tell us about your day. After three months, you will receive a science-backed report of how your mood and activities have changed over time, and why! You will also get 90€ if you fully participate in our study, and can take part in lotteries for 500€. Below is a short video summarizing the project.
